SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE:

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

A $500.00 deposit will reserve a puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipped by the seller. Deposits are NON‐REFUNDABLE. The puppy must be paid for in full, plus shipping fees, before the puppy is scheduled to be shipped. There are no refunds once the puppy has been purchased, full or partial.

HEALTHCARE

Every effort has been made by the seller to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer, unless buyer has been notified otherwise and agrees to take shipment. The puppy vaccination record is included in the packet. The buyer is required to get the next scheduled vaccinations and wormings as recommended by a veterinarian. As part of AKC registration, a 60 day healthcare trial is included free. Bulldogs, as well as any purebred dog, can have health issues that can arise during development that may not be covered by our guarantee. The healthcare policy is available for a small monthly cost, approx. $25. We strongly advise you to enroll in a healthcare plan on an ongoing basis should unforeseen issues arise.

GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

"This puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hipdysplasia which hampers the movement of the dog and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy of equal value as soon as one is available, no cash refunds." No refunds are given under any circumstances. Gator Mouth English Bulldogs reserves the right to have these results evaluated by a veterinarian of our choosing. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. If the puppy shows signs of neglect or abuse, this contract is considered null and void.

TRUST OF PURCHASE

Buyer guarantees that he/she is buying this puppy for themselves and is not acting as an agent, broker, or middleman for someone else. This contract is non transferable. No additional warranties are available, whether express or implied. By accepting delivery of this puppy, and signing below, he/she understands and agrees to this contract, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Louisiana, in the Parish of St. Tammany. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

You can go to www.paypal.com if you do not have a Papal account to use your credit card for this method. But you need to have a cash advance on your credit card. The reason some of the buttons are not below, puppies are different prices and you will need the right button for the correct amount of your puppy.

Shipping Information

We will ship puppies if and when the weather permits. We always use PetSafe Transportation through Continental Airlines. They are very safe and take good care of the pet’s safety during their flight. These are the safest and only methods we use besides hand delivery for a reasonable amount. All shipping expenses are paid by you (the buyer, regardless).

I will be responsible for putting the puppy on the flight. Once the airline has your puppy I am no longer responsible. I have no control over mother nature, or the airline pilot. Please understand! These things are done so the flight will arrive safely. I will do what I can to help if there is a problem with airline and the shipping of your puppy.

When shipped, your puppy will be sent in a airline approved shipping crate. In that crate there will be a moisture evaporator mate. The pet water/food bowl will be empty, but the airline will insure that the puppy gets plenty of water while in there care. An health certificate from the veterinarian (which are papers necessary for your puppy to be shipped), these papers will be provided to the airline for the shipping of your puppy, puppies are not allowed on flights without current health certificates (within a few days of the flight). The cost for shipping and the other services are $300.00 in the USA. This does incur all the expenses listed above. We only use major airlines to ship our puppies, these are airlines we have used previous and trust with our babies and a clean crate. Shipping can also be paid thru Paypal if you would like. All your health records are being sent with your puppy and sometimes your paperwork
is mailed to the address that the puppy has been shipped to. Prior to shipping your puppy I will e‐mail you all flight information, airline name, along with flight number and arrival time. I also will send you a reminder the day before your puppy ships with some instructions, food we use and things you might want to bring with you to pick up the puppy. If your puppy is shipped per request ASAP, I of course do not have time to e‐mail all this information, I will call you and give the information to you by phone.
